What is “Print Credit” and how do I use it?
Your print credit is a dollar amount you can spend in your online gallery store. We’ll email you a unique coupon code (via our online gallery platform, Pic-Time) — just enter that code at checkout to apply your credit to eligible items.
How it works
- Watch your inbox: after we deliver your gallery, you’ll receive an email with your Print Credit code.
- Shop the store: open your gallery’s built-in store and add prints, frames, albums, or other products to cart.
- Apply at checkout: paste your coupon code in the discount field — your credit will be deducted from the order total.
What you can use it on
- Any products offered in your gallery’s store (prints, frames, albums, etc.).
- Products are fulfilled by professional partner labs and shipped to you.
Good to know
- Your code is single-use and may have an expiration date (see your email).
- Some coupons can be limited to certain products — if something doesn’t apply, it’s by design.
- If your code doesn’t work, double-check spelling, expiration, and product eligibility, then contact us.
